Description
This fully washed coffee is produced by John Kahata Mucau at his farm, Kahata Estate. John cultivates the traditional SL28 & SL34 varieties and takes great care with the attention given to his farm.
Tasting Notes: Initial flavors of sweet prune, with a finish of tart grapefruit acidity. White wine mouthfeel and quality, subtle milk chocolate flavors as well.
Recommended Coffee Brewing Method: Pour over such as Chemex or Hario V60 dripper to bring out the fullness of the body to balance the grapefruit acidity.
